We also still have problems with ground-based DOTs going through floors.
And we still have problems with dueling and target dummies on player-created platforms.
Why is this okay for a $100 product? This house has been out for nearly five months and cost 14,000 crowns unfurnished. Why is it okay for a bug like this to exist? Ground collision is broken in the towers and the primary building. I can't put my banker or merchant in the building because they stop being usable when left inside.
This content cost $100 US at full price. This is not in any way acceptable. Get it together.
Out of curiosity, why did you buy the house if it has major clipping issues?
Were you not given ample time (unlimited) to preview the product before spending money on it?

No offense, but you took a gamble, and seem to have lost.VaranisArano wrote: »With the house being limited time only, I believe, the only options were effectively to buy the house with clipping issues and bring the issues to ZOS attention hoping that ZOS would obviously want to fix an expensive item or to not buy the house and miss it entirely or at least wait a long time until ZOS brings that house back (which might be never, we don't know).

How can you tell before you buy it? You can't actually interact with the house until you own it. Preview doesn't allow you to try to place things, duel, or do anything else that may test whether the home is appropriate to your needs.

They'll likely correct it, but I wouldn't expect a rush on it anytime soon. You're not allowed to walk on the tower?Out of curiosity, why did you buy the house if it has major clipping issues?

Why is stuff being substandard and asking for a refund deemed as being ok? Yes I could, shouldn't things that we pay for be up to standard in the first place though?
I'm not condoning the (lack of) quality, by any means.Merlin13KAGL wrote: »While I know it's not ideal (clearly you want the property), have you considered asking for a credit?

The reality is, you have three options:
- Wait for them to fix it (if they ever do).
- Eat the purchase and live with the substandard product.
- Request a credit for the substandard product.
