I voted “No” because generally the “Improvements” we get end up breaking the game, creating lag, or nerfing things. You ask ZOS for “Improvements” and believe me, you won’t want what they give you.

The people that make the DLCs and the people that do the "improvements" are different people in different departments. The money made from the DLCs can help to fund the improvements. Sometimes I think people think that this game is run by a small handful of people that can't be working on multiple things at once. Its a huge company with specialised roles not a guy in his mothers basement making an app.
Yeah okay perhaps the DLC making department has more people in it, because they bring in the money. As much as people complain about the costumes in the cash shop, in that case its probably the same people making the beautiful assets in game. The improvement guys are probably a much smaller team as such the pace of improvement is slow, but all I see is continued improvements, its just taking years.
Anyone got that dead horse gif at hand?
This was asked for many times. So far it was not taken into consideration. Also, that would have been possible during mandatory subscription phase. Now they do need the income from paid dlc. And imagine the uproar if there would be a paid dlc that did not deliver content.

Code is complex enough as it is, the most efficient people to put on that bug are the people who worked on that part of the system.
