Does anyone have a date that this house is available? I have a feeling that it'll be the same as Linchal but not sure if a date has been already determined for the palace to come to Xbox. Is this coming WITH the DLC or as a Crown Store item some point in the month?

    I'm waiting for the Grand Linchal Manor to come back, I was fairly new to the game when it came out so I missed out on it at the time. Now that I'm into housing I'd love to buy it.

    They are forcing us to spend all crowns bought at Christmas with discounts..... I talk about 84.000Crown...and now less than 19k....

    I bounght them for new houses..... :(:(

    sadly, I have a feeling this guy has the right of it. ZOS is, in all likelihood, gauging the price they want to gouge us out of based on how much hype there is for this property

    so, the key, much like advice I got from people in jr high, is to act cool, aloof, uninterested - and the wimmin' will come to you

    please note, this tactic doesn't necessarily work on actual women - but it can actually work on marketing execs - because, in my general experience, marketing execs are far more gullible and willfully stupid than jr high girls.
