Out of every bug, every annoying quest, out of anything I am so extremely extremely sick and tired of hearing this from the stupid orc that hunts me down in the city!!!
Just remove her!! Add the welcome to wrtothgar what quest into crown store under quest starters. When I'm ready to do the quest I will.
While we are at at remove the "the guild is in need of you". They apparently did just fine until I joined and I never did a quest from them yet so apparently they don't know me and should be just fine!

House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis2 -
