I sincerely doubt the Chapter announcement will be any time soon. I do hope it will be available to demo at PAX East.

Regardless I'm hoping to see Crystal-Like-Law, berate the Sapiarch of Indocrination for not providing newcomers to the Isles with more information about the stars, and murder some Sload, not necessarily in that order.

And the fact that the Dunmer have to be constantly babysat by their demigods is not something I would be bragging about if I were you.

Especially since even WITH that constant supervision they still haven't managed to be more than on par with the other cultures of Tamriel, having completely failed to conquer their neighbors either militarily or culturally.

1. Nords - Like Beer, Singing, Toboganning and fantastic natural fighters.
2. Redguards - High culture, beautiful architecture, fancy sailing, and tireless warriors.
3. Imperials + Bretons = Geniuses, Awesome Managers, and best Empires. Good libraries and architecture as well. They took all the best the Ayleids and other cultures had to offer and made it better.
4. Argonians - Laid back mud hippies who just want to fish and get by. Leave them alone or you'll *** off the trees and maybe the REAL Dark Brotherhood (Shadowscales).
5. Khajiit - Chilled out desert and jungle hippies. They like playing with yarn, playing tricks, chasing their tail, and talking in the first person. Overall they're pretty cool apart from being major kleptomaniacs.

Iirc, some of them liked these horrible practices better than others. Hence the support some Ayleiid factions offered to the rebel slaves. Look how that turned out for them.

Luckily, the Dominion is set to undo the damage done to Tamriel.

Winterhold DLC... with Black Reach... and all these dark elfs that lived in Winterhold before even the Red Year.... To be honest, I am kind of hyped more for that now than for the Summerset stuff ^^

You're more hyped for places we've already been to in another era, rather than a place we've never been to? Yeah, that makes sense.

(Arena's Summerset doesn't really count, as most people haven't played it, and the graphics were...well...look it up and you'll see what I mean)

For Blackreach, it would need to be a Chapter just for the size of the landmass involved.
