Does Strife animation need tweaking?

Curently, trying to weave light attacks with either morph of Strife is horrible. Definitely the worst ability to weave light attacks with. Add lower fps and more than half of LAs won't go off. Light attacks can be easily weaved with Flame Lashes, Force Pulses or even Puncturing Sweeps, no matter if your fps drops down. But this is not true for Strife.
One could say that LA weaving is not that much of a deal but this is not true on magNB. Magblade is entirely dependant on light attack weave (infused staff with elemental enchant, merciless resolve, siphoning attacks).
No matter how many hours I spend training weaving LAs with Strife, no matter how hard I try, when my fps on Rakkat drops to 25-30, light attacks weaved with Strife won't go off.
