Hue not working with Razer Chroma and ESO

I'm not totally sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I just got a bunch of Razer Chroma devices after seeing that they now synchronize with Hue and that ESO had a Chroma app. When I launch ESO, the Chroma devices do what they're supposed to (color of my selected faction, red when I die, etc) but the Hue lights just go dark. Are the Hue lights supposed to light up in the same colors as the other Razer devices? Does the ESO app for Chroma support the Hue integration?

I don't have an answer, but I have a question for you. I just got the a Chroma Orbweaver. The colors change to one color, based on my character's alliance. As far as I can tell, the Synapse custom colors aren't working for anyone that I've searched on so far. Are the custom colors working for you? Thanks.

I'm new to all of the Chroma stuff, so I'm not totally sure what you mean by "Synapse custom colors". From what I can tell by looking at the ESO description on the Chroma site, it seems like you can customize how the game uses Chroma, but I haven't seen/figured out where to do that. Is that what you mean? If so, I can check it once I figure out where it is.

Hue integration is from Synapse 3 which is still in Beta.

Would suggest posting about it there, and possibly trying some other games with Chroma support.

Interesting to know though, thanks - was considering getting some Hue stuff for the integration

Will wait until the kinks are ironed out.
