No Title for Vet Hel Ra

I submitted this through customer service and they were no help. They said "sadly we cannot issue titles."

I beat Hel Ra on Vet and got the Vet bust in my collections. However the title that you are supposed to get is not there and when I check the leaderboards there isn't a current score there either. I also did not get the achievement for blowing the horn but someone said only 1 person can get it per run.

It's not the last time we are going to complete it but maybe it's going to happen again?

Let me guess, your group skipped the Mage boss ?

Is that it? Damn didn't think it mattered since the achievement just says to defeat The Warrior.

Edit: Not that it matters but we didn't just skip. Group failed at 30 percent HP and didn't try again (not sure why not).

They skipped because apparently interrupting mobs is hard and people dont like it when stuff is hard...

To clarify it doesn't say you have to beat every boss to get the title (just The Warrior). Some might say it actually is a bug.

We will complete the trial again and I'm sure the group won't skip the boss next time.

I didn't get it because my group split off into two for upstairs and downstairs boss, so one boss I didn't kill.
