Soul Assault Bugged or Description not right?

So I was duelling my mates earlier on my magicka templar and we found out that they were able to cloak Soul Assault instantly, without the two second cooldown. According to the description of Soul Assault, they should be unable to cloak for the first 2 seconds.

The description says the following, and I quote "Enemies affected by this ability are revealed for 2 seconds and may not enter stealth or invisibility". But yeah, that clearly is not the case, you can try for yourselves!

Did ZOS change the ability and forgot to change the description along with it, or is it bugged?

Whao you can do something against Soul Assault.

Damn Zenimax fix it fast, you guys said Soul Assault is the only skill that you can't counter and it will stay like that.

How can the noobs kill a 1vX player now if they can't soul assault him

Actually fear seems to CC during Soul Assault and 15% of the time(still testing)
Purify Synergy I believe also removes it (synergy only still testing)

That's besides the point here, I am just pointing out a possible bug. Also, soul assault is perfectly counterable if you know how.

Also, just to clarify, I am talking about Live Server here, not PTS.

Not sure if the site hasn't been updated (not at home so can't check), but there's no reference about soul assault preventing stealth..

Burn enemy from the inside with soulfire, dealing [x] Magic Damage over 3.9 seconds and reducing Movement Speed by 70%.
Increase channel duration by 1 second.

Ahh, so I'm assuming an oversight from ZOS. They changed the tooltip, but not the actual coding behind how the ability really works...

Well, cloak isn't really a definition of skillful play either.

Yes I assume so, would be nice if a Dev would take a look at this issue!
