✭✭✭Because the merchant and banker are premium, the fence isn't in a manner of speaking (still need to buy the dlc). So you'd expect the former 2 to be better. However, both the merchant and banker are still lacking in their own ways too.0 -

✭The fence is a perk for doing the quest line.
It does come in handy though in an emergency situation where you want to get rid of your stuff quick and don't want to leave your spot.
I've only used it once or twice because it sure beats handing it all over to a guard for $0.0
