[Suggestion] Permanently Add WW/OL Skill Bar to Skill Menu

This is a minor gripe, but customising the Werewolf Skill Bar on a timer is a bit of a pain.
For those that don't know, in order to change your WW skills around, you have to transform to access the special WW Skill Bar.
My suggestion is that if a 3rd Skill Bar is available to a character (4 if they're a WW AND a Sorcerer with Overload), they should be permanently added to the Skill Menu so they can be customised at leisure.
Then players wouldn't have to waste Ultimate or be time-limited if they want to customise those bars.

@del9 There're no tough decisions to make when there are only 6 WW skills and 6 WW Skill Bar slots...
What I'm asking for is that the WW/Overload bars, which already exist, become permanently visible in the Skill menu for easier arrangement. I'm not asking for new bars to be added.
