Release date for Update 17?

This is the last full week of January and I have yet to see the release date for the next DLC which I thought was coming in the first two weeks of February. Typically, a patch only is on the PTS for 4 or 5 weeks. It has already had the EU copy so that means it is in week 3. So, with a Monday release, is patch 17 on February 5th or 12th?

I'm only a month into game and have already had to buy the Morrowwind update cuz I was unaware it existed until I got the first part home and installed onto my console. Then I had to subscribe to eso+ in order to get all of the dlc packs I would have been missing had I not decided to subscribe. I still haven't gotten to play really any of the dlc cuz I am still working my way thru the main story in the first place so idk if I could reasonably justify spending more $, at least not yet.* Maccb- Level 50 DragonKnight- Fire mage type build/ BSW body, Valkyn Skoria mister set, & Willpower Jewelry/Random Flame/Lightning/Reston STAFF's

It won't cost anything for subscribers, and is buyable with crowns otherwise.
