Why is fortified coffer not available with crowns in showcase?

The Live stream had said that we would have 4 chests and 4 coffers available to us from all platforms. So why does the crown showcase have 4 chests(Fortified, Oaken, Secure, and Sturdy) but only 3 coffers(Oaken, Secure, and Sturdy). The Fortified coffer is for some reason not available with crowns?

If you currently have a mule below about L16, then you can just level that one. I think the Coffer is offered at L17 or L18. So you don't need a new character if you have a low level carrying your burdens
And if you currently have mules, the total storage should remove the need for two of them, so that can be one of your new slots.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
