NMG impacts multiple ads simultaneously?

As the topic says, does NMG imacts multiple enemies through AOE skills such as steel tornado? Or does it only work with single target attacks?

✭✭✭✭✭Yes, this is why you often see it run on sorcs and stamplars, as they tend to do a little more AOE damage to spread it around.0
