I forgot which quest sorry but I don't think it's that hard to find out. There seems to be no downside to it besides the inconvenience.

✭✭✭✭✭I get these from time to time. Even on the PC and it's not related to addons in this case. And, you don't have any on the PS4.
When I see the same ones over and over, I just log off and restart the game and they go away. On the console, you may have to restart the console too, but try the relog and restart of the game first.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
