Please Remove the Symbol CAP for Customer Support (CONSOLE)

Srsly , ONLY 107 symbols are allowed when we need to "write ticket" to customer support.
Do you Know HOW IMPOSSIBLE is to describe a problem in 4 sentences ?????

Hello, I just got bit by my WW friend at The Rift WW shrine
However it was in Duel, so I think I didn't rece
SO THOSE ARE 107 Symbols , Can Anyone Tell me What is the problem that I have with my Character and HOW TO SOLVE IT ?

I`m Raging right now , had to log on my PC account and ask for help on my Console ACCOUNT , Cuz on PC you DONT have Restrictions of how many symbols you will type in the thicket.

Looks like you trying to get WW bite, and it didn't work. In order to get WW from a friend, you friend has to have passive unlocked, not be on the bite cool down. He then needs to use the WW synergy on you at the shrine. Dueling has nothin to do with it.

As a side note, if you are dueling at a shrine, you're doing it wrong.

107 symbols for a ticket is ridiculous. The limit used to be pretty low on PC/Mac, but I don't think it was ever that low, and they increased it a while ago.

thats def odd that there is that restriction ....
when you were bit, were you dead? not sure if it were treated the same way, but a ww in werewolf form can devour a corpse to replenish the time, perhaps it was that? instead of the actual bite transfer ... just a thought

It is BS having to always submit your ticket multiple times, the first time just to get the email, the second to have them ask you to restate what your issue is. Then again because their automated system won't do anything until you respond to their automated response. Usually it takes 4-5 emails to get anything done.

I've complained about this before. Every single time I fill a ticket I tell the person who answers it that the character limit is too low for tickets. They don't care. If they did it'd be fixed. It's so insulting to not remember and have typed out an entire page on your issue only to have the person who's going to give you a bunch of crappy troubleshooting types that don't work to ask you to type the whole thing out again. It's total amateur hour. Absurd.

Yes the dude who i asked for a bite was in duel with me to build up Ulti, however he used his Synergy when we were stil dueling and i recieved not the Sanie-Lupinus debuff but "Devour" on my character statistic.
I Couldnt see the quest tho , so i asked him if he bit me , he said that the bite is on CD so it should of work. Anyways i tried to purge the devour with mages Guild dudes , however they did not notice anything wrong with me , so i contacted the support and the response was
"Repair your Client and remove addons"

Its been almost a week and i stil have the Devour debuff on my character statistics. However one guildie bit me again and now i am WW as i should of been from the begining but the "devour" is still with me ^^ .

It's going to be a drag/pain, but write in ticket support (console) Tell them your going to write more in support ticket, from the email. Then. Write a really short/long story. About the problem, you wanted fix on console. It benefits us writer's, to keep ZOS interested. Practice our writing and maybe get hired. In the future, to write stories for npc. Or just write, the regular way your situation in your support ticket, from email. But I must fully agree, the space on console(s) are very, very bad indeed. Least for us Writer(s)

If the game is basically the same between pc and console, there should be several mammoths and giants close around the shrine and sabercats a short distance away. Why on Tamriel would someone duel to fill the ultimate when so many critters are around?

Or they could like, you know, remove the character limit.
