So I'll be honest, of all zones in ESO the one that I find the most satisfaction and enjoyment out of is Craglorn. Take one look at the map and you can see my reasoning. Dungeons and delves! There are so many dungeons and delves to just go in and clear out. I mean that is the Elder Scrolls experience, dungeon crawling. In a single player TES game you practically trip over a dungeon every 5 feet. On ESO however the only zone with this feeling is Craglorn (and it's not just the number too, some of them offer enough of a challenge to solo that you don't risk falling asleep at your keyboard).
DLC zones, however, are getting increasingly worse about this. Look at the map of Vvardenfell beside Craglorn, count the dungeons. It's silly. Clockwork City has only one delve. I mean come on just hire some people and have them have the exclusive job of making more dungeons and delves for DLC zones.
What about you, how do you feel about the number of dungeons and delves in the game?
