I do understand that the armor is old and torn and ripped...but why does it have to be so dirty looking? It's one of the reason i think why a lot of people aren't using it - the helmes are really nice for example but they just look so dirty and don't dye well - it is really a shame... looking for example at the old draugr type armor in Skyrim (ancient nord) - it also looks "old style" but it's not ugly and dirty.... just removing the dirt or at least making it disappear when dying the armor would go such a long way.
