Trait Gem Spelled Wrong?

I'm making a table with all of the traits and trait gems and I typed in "chysolite" for Powered weapons... and Google autocorrected me to "Chrysolite". When I search for "Chysolite" as spelled in ESO, Google asks me if I meant a different spelling and offers "Chrysolite" instead.
Reference:
https://www.google.com/search?q=chysolite&oq=chysolite&aqs=chrome..69i57j69i60l4j69i59.1160j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
Has this been spelled wrong all along in ESO or is the missing "R" intentional? Anyone?

I reckon you could be right as the pic for the trait gem in-game looks like peridot, which is also known as chrysolite.
But maybe it's just spelled that way in Tamriel.

It might be intentional, I just figured no one took an analytical look over those kinds of things and it went unnoticed
