Does this include other player characters who don't wolf out?

Does this include regular WW mobs that don't pass the condition?

Or is this just for the special NPCs who infect the player?

Kind of hard to answer without knowing.

The only time I see a werewolf is when I do the quest ( don't rem name or zone ) that you team up with other werewolf hunters.

So far it seems to be a fairly decent frequency that WWs are seen in game.

Werewolves have the highest weapon damage in the game. They’re a very niche build to be effective but in PvP werewolves can be some of the most difficult players to take down.

I just let werewolves expire before killing them but others will continuously attack them and keep them in werewolf form.

I see them in PVP, but very brief encounters.

I hear 8-10 poison injections hit the poor guy, it’s over pretty quickly.

Yeah messed up ...a bit. Thou does seem like most of them are self.
