Resolving Vigor and Bounty

Just a curious thing I've noticed whilst farming Hadran's Caravan on various characters. Granted, a lot of people probably already know about it, but I thought it was interesting.
Casting Resolving Vigor on another player who's killing the NPCs gives you EXP and stolen loot, but no bounty.
However, when I tried this on my low level Warden, casting a Green Balance heal DID result in a bounty.
Additionally, Resolving Vigor doesn't seem to give you credit if the other player is a Templar, probably because of self-healing.

✭✭✭✭I think because Vigor is primarily a self-heal that it doesn't trigger the Healed a Criminal bounty. And for the Templar they were probably at full health so it never actually let Vigor proc a heal on them.1 -
