I was taking a resource by myself in Cyrodiil yesterday when I get hit with the move that NPCs who have S&B use where they spin around and bash you with the shield by an EP guard. When I got hit by the move, (of which the impact happened before the animation was done but hey that's a Cyrodiil lag problem) I could not move, could not switch my camera view with the right stick, and I was flying across the sky. I was off the resource and started flying through the air over kingscrest keep unable to move or use any abilities until I started getting hit with a swarm of lethal arrows and poison injections which killed me in mid-air. After I was killed my body instantly ported back to the spot on the resource where I was originally hit by the ability and sent flying into the sky.

I was on Xbox NA on AD in the Shor campaign.

For what it's worth the same exact thing happened to me when I was tanking the final boss on vBlackheart Haven about a week ago and the boss did this spinning shield bass and it sent me flying through the map and outside of the playable area. The odd thing about that instance is that once I flew for about 12 or so seconds I was in a loading screen and then back where I was in-front of the boss. I was in a party with a friend and he said on his screen that I was just standing there in-front of the boss not moving and didn't see me go flying out of the map even though that was what I saw on my screen. I didn't report this specific one at the time because if I reported every single bug I ran in to I'd be on there message boards all day. But since it happened to me both in a dungeon and in Cyrodiil while being hit by the same exact move I have a feeling it is a problem with that specific move that NPCs with S&B can use.
