can't use blade of Woe

After the last patch, I cannot use blade of Woe anymore... I could use it fine before the update. I am behind the humanoid, undetected (the option for pickpocket is green...) but no option for blade of woe...
I play on gamepad mode, but I also tried the mouse/keyboard mode and still no option...
I play a Nightblade, stamina, level 8 currently.

I have also made an in-game ticket but no reply yet... I can use blade of woe on my other characters just fine, only in this one I cannot use!0 -
Earelith✭✭✭I have contacted from support team and managed to solve the problem. For anyone reading this and has the same problem:
1) kill your character
2)reset your skills at the shrine
This is what support team told me to do and it worked!2
