    That'll probably be the Jester's Festival, last year it took place in late March.

    Create the toon now and just level up its riding skills so its off to a flying start when the next event begins

    ^ This. Toss your horse some apples now and ride like the wind when the time comes to snag that sweet double XP. Also maybe start researching traits if you're gonna craft.
