Are AOE caps still limited to 6 targets?
This was the intention and thoroughly explained by ZOS in the past for their reasoning with a few limited skill exceptions.
At this point in the game do AOE heals still target only 6 targets? At one time damage capped to 60 players in the field. (100% to the first 6, 50% to the next 24, and 25% to the last 30).
The intention when they coded the AOE caps from ZOS's own mouth was to be sure that healing could not out-pace damage. Where are we at now in 2018?
