- Known Issue: The bow proc will sometimes not play its distinct audio cue.
This change makes the ability effectiveness more consistent among players of different skill levels. It still rewards more skilled play, but is less punishing when someone makes a mistake.- Shadow

- Siphoning

- Shrewd Offering (Malevolent Offering morph): Reduced the health cost of this morph to 4320 from 5940.
- Known Issue: The tooltip still displays the old cost value.

I love it! Especially grim focus. I’ve done many tests and depending on lag there are many times a LA won’t count towards the stack. I’ve tested this against players and test dummies. Even doing no skill weaving and just doing LA after LA and I’ll see the damage on combat cloud but the stack number won’t increase, it’s especially evident on melee (wasn’t bad with ranged LA). This change is great.
As long as the shadow image change works that will also help. I’ve been waiting for them to do that for a long time.
