I'm sure everyone has seen the dozen threads about the changes to "off balance" and some other things happening on the PTS currently by now. They are hard to overlook I guess.
Whilst there are some very well informed discussions there are also a lot of threads simply complaining. To me the common point is that nobody can understand why those changes are made.
So what I ask for is: Can we please get proper statements on why major changes to class and combat balance are made, what is hoped to be achieved and how criticism form the player-base is handled?
I think this would greatly help improving the overall atmosphere and calm down the often harsh criticism, as currently I (and I think many others) feel like to only way to be heard is to shout louder. Currently to only way to know if a comment has been read is to have it deleted...and that is pretty sad to be honest.

✭✭✭✭✭Whilst there is room for more information, the off balance changes have been covered in two combat updates, notes within the patch notes and Wrobel speaking on ESO Live.
This has been one of the most communicated changes we've had in a long time. That said however I would love to see Wrobel given the time/freedom to have a community back and forth on the subject.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

✭✭If the Information we got from the ESO live and combat updates is the best we can get I shouldn't even be asking. Regarding Turelus post, I agree to some extent , there were some communication but I got the feeling the ESO live was basically repeating the patch note Dev comments. Maybe that's just me but I didnt see it as quality explanations.

@Baranthus I don't think there is a single discussion, normally people make a bunch of threads about what's said afterwards.Turelus - is there any discussion threads regarding ESO live, for peeps that might have missed it?
There is a replay available on YouTube however. The first half is mostly about the features and costume system, second half is more Wrobel talking about some of the changes, a short Q&A etc.
Don't expect anything mind blowing, but he does touch on some of the things people are talking about.

Not counting the days when the game was basically dead ofcourse.0
