Oblivion damage tooltip and Master-at-Arms

Damage health weapon glyph in tooltip shows damage 2183(torug pact + infused weapon+legendary glyph), when attack mob it does exact 2183 damage.
when increase CP in Master-at-Arms up to 60 points, weapon tooltip shows 2620 oblivion damage, however glyph procs produce the same 2183 damage.
is that tooltip bug and oblivion damage is not a direct damage, or glyph procs dont apply affect from Master-at-Arms?

Oblivion damage only does increased damage based on the buff from Infused and Torugs. Nothing else impacts it's actual damage output, even if the tooltip shows it higher.

Yea oblivion dmg isnt increased by minor berserk or cp. Shielbreaker works like that too.
