Will we ever see that ESO acknowledges that they have failed in PVP design?
And will there ever be a re-make on this design, if so what are needed to be done. ?

I think the PvP design is great, but poorly maintained. The aftercare is very bad and only band-aid fixes to fix a few problems.
2014, near lag free environment.
After "Lighting patch" lots of lag. fixes:
- remove deer
- remove torchbugs
- remove pets
- Add aoe cap
- remove aoe cap
- yaddayaddayadda
People on top of milegate fix:
Add scaffolding in very bad design in front of exit so people run into it all the time.
After making more invisible walls, the scaffolding was removed thanks the nines.
People die from fall damage fix:
remove player fall damage when hit by other players. You could be hit by another players and just safely jump into the abyss and survive.
Luckily it was added back
And more of this type of fixes.
But what have they actually done to improve or add to PvP?
Yes, they added some new siege engines (cold fire), which are just a reskin but with better damage
Yes, they added IC which is great
Yes, the gold vendor
But that is it. I really hoped after 4 years for more.
- more siege engines, like maybe a siege tower one can place at a minimum distance of 100 yards from keep (1 tower per keep) and 10-15 people have to push it forward by standing near it.
- Stronger keep walls/doors because they break open to fast. Maybe add better/stronger buffs if resources are taken. Or make players stronger when inside a keep where the farm is theirs. The (health) buff disappears when enemy takes farm. Outside of keep, the players don't have the buff due to imbalance, but at least it is for both teams strategically important to take/keep farm.
- Better catapult view (same as balista). This might be personal, but when on top of a wall i can't see where i shoot with catapult. I tried other views but i don't like it. Balista view is great.
And i am sure other people will even have greater, better suggestions then me. But above ideas are not imbalanced, but makes sieging a keep more interesting I think. So far Cyrodill is the same, if not worse, then when the game launched.
That said, i still love the PvP and there is no other better game currently.
