I agree with this... But I do love those New Brightly colored Lipsticks on my Vampire.
There is a documentary done on Tattoo's. In there on of them had a dad that was so proud of his tattoos that his last wish would be that they cut his skin of and cure the skin and frame in. Yeah I find that super annoying. Because it tells me they CAN make it so that things overlay the vamp skin. And honestly, the makeup from char gen SHOULD overlay it every bit as much as tats should. This would not be all that hard to fix. The various "lashes" they've come out with also overlay the vamp skin and DON'T remove lipstick/any other makeup so there's no reason why the lipstick from the crown store should be doing that either. And that said, they realllly need to come out with more "lashes" that include eyeliners/eyeshadows that DON'T look like they were specifically designed for drag queens! Oh and some eyelashes for MALE characters as well! I'm tired of seeing so many eyelash-less freaks! LOL

The "Siberian princess mummy" is a pretty great example at how tattoos typically go nowhere, even in death, so long as the skin doesn't rot away to dust.0 -

I could not agree more. Pretty much all the unanswered issues regarding the vamp skin that keep going unaddressed are getting old now. Especially since they... go all the way back to game launch.
