Gold Aspects, upgrades, and certain Item farming (body)/level up = worse drops?

I've had ESO since it came out. Due to medical issues, I was only really able to begin playing last year, so these may have been answered. I've not been able to find them however. 1) I have enchanting capped out + Helper, yet I've never, (approx 8 mo) received a Kuta aspect from them, Normal? 2) I've been trying to farm a Nightmare Jack for over 3 months, are they really this stupid to get? 3) Why do drops, (color-wise), become almost all "white/green", once we hit 160cp? 4) I farm resources, a LOT. Sometimes gold/epic, (when refining), drop at reasonable levels, maybe 1 each per couple hundred refined. Yet, at times, like yesterday, I refined over 2000 items. My drops? 1 gold, 2 epic, 5 blue, 26 green....that was depressing to say the least. It takes a ton of time to farm up that much...and we need 8 gold just to make one legendary piece.. at this rate, it would take 3 years just to be able to complete a set. Is this the same for everyone?

✭✭✭✭✭1) Getting gold components from your daily assistants is a really rare thing. I do get them once in a while, but no, you can't count on getting many golds through your assistants, it doesn't happen that often.
3) The Knightmare set drops from Spindleclutch dungeon, as you probably know. You can trade the items with your group, so if you don't get it yourself, ask your group if any of them have one and want to give or sell it.
3) Quality of drops is the same over all levels. It doesn't change
4) Refining is all random. Sometimes you're lucky, sometimes you're now. Make sure you have all the passives for refining though. But the odds are 1 out of 200 materials, as an average.
You can always buy gold tempers at guild stores if you don't want to make them yourself.5
