Updated Teleport to guild/friends addon?

Anyone know of an updated Teleport tool addon that is recent enough to not be outdated for Clockwork update?
desired function -- some screen UI to select and teleport to guild mate or friend
Was using Teleport Tool by deaglOr, last updated May 2017 and works semi ok - but has number of outstanding issues (can't call it bugs because I don't know what author's original intent was - maybe he never intended below-level 50 chars to be able to use the tool, etc) and removing it from loading resolved some game crashes so I no longer use it.
I've looked under keyword 'teleport' on usual addon site but didn't find anything. Would have thought for such a common and frequently used function there would be lots more addons for it. Anyone know of one still being updated by author?
