Level Up Rewards - should I wait?

Hopefully someone can help.
I'm a new player and just bought Morrowind, however just before starting on my first character, I happened to read about the new patch that's coming soon which includes level up rewards.
I have read that these rewards will not be retroactive. I have read that some of them will be account wide (with no mention on which ones).
I do plan to level two different characters, however will be playing this fairly casually.
Are these rewards worth the wait?

✭Play as you usually do with your main, when the update goes live, make an alt and get the level up rewards. At least that's what I would do, because I can't wait to play this wonderful game. Have fun buddy and welcome to the forums

✭✭✭✭✭Since you're a new player, then you haven't used up all your available character slots yet. Keep going with your current to explore the game. You have enough free slots to do at least 2 of every character and you can buy more slots up to 14, then later on 15 if you like.1 -

✭I would go ahead and start playing, you can always pick up any rewards you missed on your second character.
The Sorrel House and any cosmetics/mounts/pets you get from the Crown Crates will be account-wide, the rest will be bankable.
While they are nice perks for new players, they aren't necessary in the long run and shouldn't stop you from playing and learning the game now.@JamuThatsWho - PC EU - CP2100

i also have a level 44 character that I was about to maxup. But I have stopped working on him for now.
I however do have got other characters to play.
Also, you can play up to level19 and wait for next update before you strike the 20th.0 -

I will sleep on it, but I'm thinking I will start tomorrow and I won't wait and will just get the rewards on my alt.
All the research/youtube I've see on this game is making me a bit impatient lol as ESO looks awesome.0 -

no he won't. rewards are not retroactive. you have to level a new character from scratch to get all the rewards.
however, for a new player with plenty of character slots left.. might as well start playing now, and make an alt once system goes live.dirty worthless casual.

I would make that 17 and go to 18 when the update will strike for the free housing coffer with 30 slots. 20 isn't far off from then anyway for the crate.0
