Turning off Armor visual effects

Hi all,
I finally got one of the armor sets I wanted, but there are these 3 floating red balls that not even a costume can hide. They were nice for the first minute, but now they're somewhat headache inducing. Anyway to remove them or keep them from showing up? Other than changing the armor, of course.

Nope. Maybe very low graphics settings but there is no switch.

It will not take long before you will tend to not notice them and in combat if you notice them then I'd suggest focus more on the right.
