[Data Mining] Artaeum (Summerset Isle) and Spiral Skein (Mephala's Realm) found in the files!

Main land summerset for the next chapter, the next DLC after that will be either another dungeon or Artaeum. End of year DLC either being Artaeum or Spiral Skein.

Just a little snippet for you... It looks likely that we'll see Iachesis in Artaeum, as seen from this dialogue in the game files:

Player: "I've been to Artaeum and met Ritemaster Iachesis."

For those who are unaware, Ritemaster Iachesis was the Psijic mentor of Vanus Galerion, back when he was an eleven-year-old pupil, and you probably know Vanus already as the founder of the Mages Guild. Shortly after Vanus founded the Mages Guild, Artaeum vanished (as it is now--not visible on the game map). It'll be another ~150 years from the current time of ESO before Artaeum returns to Tamriel, by which time a 'Loremaster Celarus' is leading the Psijic Order and the fate/whereabouts of Iachesis is unknown to us.
Maybe with the addition of Artaeum to ESO, we'll learn more about this important - yet mysterious - figure!

That's interesting. So we do visit Artaeum during it's disappearance since he is still the leader. Unless a member(s) of the Order just show up on Summerset and pull us to the Ceporah Tower to talk to Iachesis. I guess the rumors aren't true that Bethesda told ZOS to leave the Psijic Order alone. That's exciting. Like others have stated I hope they get Summerset and Artaeum right. After all Altmer are the race that understands magic the most and their cities are said to be amazing.

Q2: Spiral Skein DLC
Q3: Summerset Isles (all remaining islands)
Q4: Update 20 (no zones, no dungeons, no trials, just like Homestead)

Maybe they launch a new DLC in Q4, but I think we'll just have a Free Update.

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE give us tons of Psijic goodness. I NEED some cool stuff to help role-play my main, who I've been playing as a Psijic from Day One.

At the very least those wonderful golden Psijic robes from Skyrim.

The main island of the Summerset Isles, the largest, would be a good candidate for a chapter. Ultimately, we will just have to wait and see but I don't think Artaeum by itself is sufficient for a chapter, but would make a delightful DLC.

Artaeum also has a lot of connections to Sotha Sil so it is likely it will make an appearance.

ll I can say is there better be a trial.

If they do not mess it up like with poison crafting - the only advantage which a bow would have had, because it is transferring an actual projectile, which could be dipped into poison before, was taken away by this silly "all weapons transfer poison, even if they do not have any kind of projectile, which could be a carrier for the poison" nonsense implementation.
