New to nightblade, what is magblade/stamblade

So I've just now made my second character. I have a templar at Cp159 or 160 and I wanted to try something different. I googled nightblade and I see all sorts of stuff on magblade and stamblade. What do those mean ?

Is a magblade only use magic and stamblade only use stamina ? Do magblade and stamblade both dual wield?

For my templar I didn't follow any guide, I just read skills, put points and played, and honestly I've been doing pretty good like that (I heal). I run vet dungeons no problem, but with a nightblade I feel like survivability is harder.

Can you guys provide some basic info and insight into the nightblade class? Do u wear light armor or medium armor, ect... Thanks!

Also I picked wood elf as my class, not sure if that was a bad idea...

For PvP wood elf is IMO the best option. Still good for PvE as well. This is assuming stamblade.

Stamblade uses majority stamina and stamina and weapon damage and weapon crit are its thing.

Mageblade has majority magicka skills and uses magicka, spell damage, and spell crit.

Hybrid builds aren’t a thing. Pick one or the other, both are fun.

Magblade uses magicka abilities - any kind of staff, sometimes dual wield and rarely 2 hander / SnB
Stamblade uses stamina abilities - dual wield, 2 hander, bow and rarely SnB
