Valykc✭✭✭✭✭Vicious death/Spinners/Grothdarr MageBlade using Eye of the Storm. That will be your best bet. Back Bar Destro, Dual Vicious Death sharpened Swords Front Bar (get dual wield passive to increase energy damage done with swords), Destro Flame Staff with eye of the storm back barred. Soul harvest Front Bar ult and spam sap after you engage. it would be expensive but it’s probably your best option.
Another is Vicious Death/War Maiden/Grothdarr
Or Vicious Death/Julianos/Grothdarr

Or the OP can get Spinner/WM/Julianos swords, or open RNG boxes in Morrowind for the VD sword. The vender is near the Battleground locations on the map. He's got a Elite Vendor title.

Gold Jewelry and swords in vicious death. Swords in nirn and sharpened, placed in that order. This is for the sap essence bar.
(VD swords are not easily found; it's possible to use a different layout, aka vd body piece. Just be sure that VD is at full 5-piece on dual wield bar.
A gold fire staff on the other bar. It can be vicious death or whatever. Eye of storm ultimate on this bar
Pair this with a 5-piece on the body that boosts mag and/or damage. Top 2 popular choices are Clever alchemist; Spinners.
Grothdar monster set.

BigBadVolk✭✭✭✭✭It differs, but you can run Juli/Spinner/WM/Mechanical all options are working, but I'd say Acuity is a little bit harder to use than the rest, because if you dont time it well its a guaranteed fail
