Cant Link to PS4 Account

I am trying to link my Account to my PS4 account and it says its already linked. If I go to linked account management nothing shows up? Help? I made a ticket but I have never had much luck with this Customer Support in the past.

PS4 says there is nothing they can do to help...so its up to ESO....
