The Solitude Salmon-Millet Soup Story

So I'm running all over the starting zones in cyrodiil looking for millet so I can craft Solitude Salmon-Millet Soup. I check all 6 starting zones and find 0. I go to a grocer and find 0. I google it and it says there are sacks all over the place. I can't find any. I look further and found something interesting. When you log into the game you log into a unique instance where the containers are reset. So I'm thinking I'll try this out see if it works. So when I log in I happen to be in Cicero's Food & General Goods in the Hollow City. Directly in front of me a bag of millet 
. About 4 degrees to my left a crate of tomatoes 
. I loot both and log out and back in and...Directly in front of me a bag of millet . About 4 degrees to my left a crate of tomatoes . I do this 10 times then walk maybe 10 paces to a fireplace about 25 degrees to my left and bam a 48 stack of Solitude Salmon-Millet Soup. 64 hours of food buff for maybe 5 minutes of work. Many-Worlds theory proven.

Ruckly✭✭✭✭It costs 0 gold and I'm not running all over the world trying to find nightshade to make the witchmother's brew. When it's that easy the duration of the food buff becomes a non-factor. It's like the beanstalk in Super Mario. And I could buy it off traders but the time involved in traveling and sifting through a list then logging out and back in anyway to get the mail then traveling from the trader to a cooking place and making a batch pfft.0

✭✭✭I solved this problem by having 14 characters all of whom have all hirelings. I can't recall the last time I even briefly spent time looking for a provisioning ingredient (aside from perfect roe, and since I'm going for master angler atm I have 55). I think the last time I searched for ingredients was tomatoes in 2014. For a little while in the throes of the Homestead patch I ran out of standard racial style stones like flint, and flour of all things. There's a couple places in game with lots of flour, though, including an unmarked door in IC and Weyland Priory and I found a place in non-Cyrodiil recently with 3 flour and 2 millet but can't recall the location offhand but will post it here if I remember.0 -
