Trying to decide whether to keep or toss one of my less-used toons. I'll be sad if I toss her to make a new toon and then find out later I could've kept her after all.

yes... but you will have to buy it from crown store, same system as now except raised to 15 from 14

Yes, they confirmed it in one of their videotaped ESO live broadcasts.

*edit* but yes, Supa is right ... it will be available for purchase in the Crown Store, not free

yeah, it's there now...wonder why they didn't include it in the original upload to the PTS. I checked the first day they put it on the server, and there was no 15th char available....but yeah, you can get it now...

Since they came out with the Leveling Advisor and Rewards, they kind of have to offer an extra slot as a large number of us are already at 14, so no way to take advantage of it.

Well, I do have 3 L6 Mules, but not looking to level them.
