I'm not sure what the difference is. Will say honour the dead be buffed by both as im doing the heal but also receiving it?

Healing Done affects your outgoing heals to your allies and yourself
Healing recieved affects the incomming healing from yourself and your allies.

They dip into each one once, yes.

Malubeth is bugged and actually forces a double dip of the healing received CP passive.

It is not double dipping, they are two different effects that stack. Malubeth is double dipping, using the same effect twice.

It's not just a Templar skill. Even nightblade has minor mending too. As to point though, healing done and healing received are different sections. So yes for example if someone synerized new version of bone shield coming then your heals will be result in a net gain 30% more heals.
