A question of morality and business. I wondered what would people say or do. Is okay to put Magicka Esscence item with same price or a price to hid in middle spell power potions.

Context? Are you asking about guild store prices?

"Essence of Magicka" and "Essence of Spell Power" are two completely different names. Only an idiot could buy trash magicka potions thinking they're spell power ones.

If you fall for it, you're not being careful enough but if you try to do it you're a scumbag. Both of this things can be true.

I am asking a question that was brought up. Is okay to try to decieve a person into buying an item thinking it's another because they share exact same icons.

On point only a fool would as someone said, but is right to trick the fool into doing so.

    Orcs are majestic.

There are some sneaky pricers in the game. When shopping, be alert.

You should have a basic understanding of supply and demand before you write such stupid threads.

EDIT: you mean scamming them? addons can filter them in various ways so unlikely you will do anything as its not the same name. and your clientele buying the most expensive potions in the game isn't the dumbest one around either. Your seller name is shown when selling, so you risk a report as well.

It really doesn't matter, but if I was you I'd craft potions not buy potions, problem solved.

If you say you sell spell power potions but give magic ones you are an scammer.
If you buy it in an guild store you are an fool.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

If its face to face trading, and you're attempting to pass of an inferior product as a superior one, it's a scam.

Through guild store? You can sell what you want for whatever you want.

If you can get away with it, whatever. If you fell for it be more careful next time. I know I always triple check what I'm buying ever since I bought that level 30-something VD sword.

Goods should be sold for the highest price that informed consumers are willing to pay.

It's not a question of should they be sold for x price but more a question of is the market silly enough to pay x price

I was confused about what was being asked here until I remembered that Awesome Guild Store isn't part of the default UI. Is this a subtle way to chastise ZOS for not having text search built into the UI?

Should they yes but depending on the effects people will be inclined to pay more.

I’m saying yes cause it’s kinda odd to intentionally make only a magic potion when considering the ease of making pots with mixed effects
