Chaining into keep

Just wondering, I saw it yesterday. DK chained onto the wall to get into enemy keep. Wasn’t this changed forever ago? I know you can still ambush a target and accidentally be in the keep, but it’s been a long time since I saw someone chain into a keep. That is all.
