Hey So I know a lot of the items that are add ons are mostly cosmetic. but those of us that are crafters and believe we should be able to make kick @$$ gear since we are taking the time to level ourselves and either purchase, grind and fight for Motifs. I would like to see the actual motifs take on some added bonus.
a base example -
Argonian - Increase Healing
Breton - Increase Spell Resistance
Dunmer - Increase Duel Wield Damage
Altmer - Increase Damage from Staves
Bosmer - Increase Bow Damage
Khajit - Decrease in Stamina Cost
Nord - Increase in Dual Hand Damage
Orc - Increase Physical Resistance
Redguard - Increase Sword and Shield Damage effects
Imperial - increase of Consumable effect while wearing
.... and so on
The Rarer The Style the better the effects

    You know how hard that would be to keep up with? Like they need to come up with a different benifit with every new style. I think they would run out of ideas before they even started with half of what we have now.
