After switching from windowed fullscreen to fullscreen mode, my mouse pointer in-game is invisible. It doesn't appear anywhere- even at the log-in screen. I can see the crosshairs but not the cursor.

The mouse works, but it's all but impossible to use the Settings menu or crafting stations. (Try finding the "more materials" button with an invisible cursor.) Please let me know in I should post a screenshot to clarify the issue.
