constant game crashes

Ever since the last patch my game has been crashing sometimes it crashes when travelling via the wayshrine or when i tp to a friend to a dungeon othertimes i will crash when doing a quest or dolmen when i crash my character can move around still i cant press and keys to attack or type in the chat box and it takes about 5 minutes before it crashes to login screenn was wondering if someone on here would be able to help
