[BUG] Some CP passives are active in non- CP campaign

The cost reductions of Bashing Focus, Sprinter, Warlord, Shade, Shadow Ward and Tumbling are active in non-CP campaigns.
Frankly if there is 10% reduction of block, dodge, breakfree, etc in battle spirit only for the non-CP campaign it will be very nice.

I think this bug is back. I checked my block cost in Battlegrounds and according to Combat metric addon, my block cost was reduced by the CP passive. I am not sure is it only a bug from the addon or bug in the system.

Can anyone else test it?

Can you pls describe in a bit more detail. What were the numbers? Was no cost reduction active like defensive stance skill gives 10% reduction for slotting... Have ou tried to change the cp point value and see if the numbers change eg. Thx, thats an extremly interesting topic if true.

Another thing i know is that combat metrics eg shows/showed the crit dmg % with cp also in no cp but that was just wrong on the sheet and not the actual value i suppose.
