Why is my Tank slugged?....

... in PUG dungeons. Monster H&S, everything else Ebon/Ironblood, CP775. When I'm in group dungeons, after a few minutes I slow down drastically. Health and Stam are fine, no debuffs showing. Have to run everywhere and Stam is thus depleted when needed for boss fight. Its a bit like in CoS when you move out of the light except I can't see any reason why- although I should add I'm fairly new to tanking, prefer DPS

Are you just walking ? Happens in PvP, you just need to die and it fixes itself, also make sure you didn't toggle walk/run

Not a set for speed runs however it should be useful to have in fights there you have problems surviving.

I only have 4 Ironblood items so the 50% movement reduction shouldn't apply.....it does seem to be what is happening though. so I'll check my build just in case

If you only have 4 pieces, it's not the ironblood snare - there's a very distinct visual & a sound that goes along with that set.

Sounds like you are getting the slow bug. A roll dodge, death, or full heavy attack (on an enemy) will usually clear it.
