The problem is back! The member usually needs to try for about 5 minutes before it gets resolved

This happens if the person who left was still inside the dungeon when they were removed from the group.

Either they left the group then left the dungeon, or were voted out. Either will cause this.

To prevent it, they have to first leave the dungeon, then leave the group. I don't know why it works but it does.

If PUGGing and you are the newbie it usually means a failed group .... avoid like the plague.

If running with guildies, it's a problem, but just wait it out.

it also happens if a member just DC, the dungeon still thinks the char is inside, thats an issue too

Ive found that this also happens when the group is near or in combat with a boss for some reason

I had this issue a few days ago with VAA, had to leave group, re-log and re-join group before it would let me travel into the trial.
