Funnel Health crit heal for the same amount as normal heal. Is this bug or intended? Is it to avoid double crit from damage and heal?

✭✭✭✭funnel healths heal is based on a percentage of the damage you do, so in essence, if the damage you do crits, the heal will crit too. they made a balance pass over all the skills that heal with a percentage of damage done dont crit a while ago, like over a year ago.1
